1. How to buy?
The PolishStyle website has been created to make your visit enjoyable and very easy to navigate. You can use our gift finder to find things you would like to buy, or just browse through the webside at your leisure. You can also try and find what you want to find through using the search box - at the top of every page.
If you want to do shopping in our internet store you should:
1. Register at the main page of the site.

the "add to cart
button". You will then be taken to the Shopping Cart which will show you the goods as you choose them. You can always change your Shopping Cart by adding new
quantities or you can remove any product you would like to.
3. If you want to buy items later, you can add them to Wish List, by clicking
"add to wish list button"
4. When you've made all your choices click on the "Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart page. You will then proceeded to the checkout login and password. If you are first time customer, you must register and fill in our registration form.
5. The order you placed will be send to your via email.

4. Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
So long as your order has not yet been dispatched, orders can be cancelled by emailing our Customer Service polishstyle@polishstyle.pl quoting your email and order number.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

7. My goods are faulty - how do I return an item.
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, or you did not order or for any reason which is our fault please contact us by telephone or email polishstyle@polishstyle.pl to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement, In the event of your returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.

8. How do I return an unwanted item?
Items returned to us must be in perfect and re-seable condition and packed in orginal box with all labels and instruction inside. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.When first trying out your new item, please do so somewhere clean and safe - we can't replace muddy, scratched, torn or grass-stained stuff.
